Our
Mission
“The Whole Armor, Inc” has the mission of providing security, safety and cultural
awareness consulting for Church Mission Groups (CMG), small non-governmental organizations (NGOs),
small corporations as well as individuals traveling to countries in the world which are dangerous and far
different culturally than the United States. The main objective is to raise the awareness and preparation
level of these teams to allow them to conduct the visit in a secure and safe environment. The goal is to
ensure that everyone who departs the U.S. returns safely.
Robert L. Talbott, Jr
Mr. Talbott is a graduate of Youngstown State University in Youngstown, OH with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Science in Law Enforcement Administration with a focus in forensics. After commissioning in the US Army, he served as an armor officer with a secondary specialty in military intelligence as an active duty for 10 years followed by an additional 20 years in the reserves retiring with the rank of major. While in the army reserve, he was hired as a Department of the Army Civilian where he organized the DOD’s first Battlefield Forensics Organization and Combat Incident Team. Their mission was to investigate all incidents against US DOD personnel worldwide and to provide training to small teams deployed into combat zones, unfriendly countries, and countries with extremely limited infrastructure. He is now taking those skills to help train and provide analysis to mission teams and non-governmental agencies operating in difficult regions around the world.
